{Gorgeous branding}
Re:Find is Paso Robles’ first craft distillery. In keeping with our local wine culture, the vodka and gin are made from saignée, which is the extra “bleed” from the grapes that doesn’t go into the Vilicana’s wine. The owners, our friends Alex and Monica Villicana, are all about finding a re-use for a product (the saignée) that is normally just dumped out. You can read more about the process on their website.

I’ve been helping Monica with little marketing projects here and there since before the still (that’s that pretty copper structure in the photo above) was even installed, and it has been amazing watching the brand develop and take off.

On Wednesday night, Tim and I attended/worked the Re:Find Distillery launch party. Villa Creek catered and designed the delicious cocktails that were poured. My favorite pairing was the “Refound” Yuzu Ginger vodka, which was paired with Villa Creek’s ahi tuna ceviche (my favorite thing on their menu) – check out the last photo in the post to sneak a peek!

About 100 local industry guests came through to sample the specialty cocktails and tasty appetizers. It was another flawless event from the fabulous Villicanas, and we were thrilled to be a part of it!
